Return & Refund Policy

You can request a refund for your purchase within 14 days of delivery*, provided that the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please take note of the item description, as returns will not be accepted for discrepancies between the description and the product shown in images.

Before assembling the product, carefully inspect each section for any damage. Assembled sets with damage will be considered used goods. Therefore, it's essential to examine all corners thoroughly for any marks before assembly.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Glass and glass room verandas once delivered.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Sets that have been partially assembled without all original boxes.
  • Altered goods or items no longer in their original condition and packaging.
  • Commercial orders.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours.

Installations:

Our installation partners specialize in their field. Upon purchase, they will contact you to arrange a survey and installation dates. Costs will be discussed during the survey, depending on the veranda size, bespoke work, and location.

Returns:

If you wish to return your items, our policy allows returns within 14 days of receipt.

Before starting a return, please note:

What Cannot be Returned Under the 14 Day Returns Policy:

  • Altered goods.
  • Items no longer in their original condition and packaging.
  • Commercial orders.

Faulty or damaged items will be eligible for return, and no collection fee will be charged for such items.

For garden furniture £135 return costs will apply.

For change of mind returns, please ensure the items are returned in the same condition and packaging. Failure to do so may result in a penalty fee deducted from your refund.

Refunds Policy:

Refunds will be processed within 1 business day of receiving the returned items.

We will refund the original delivery charge if:

  • An error occurred in our dispatch.
  • The item received is faulty and reported within 14 days.
  • The order is returned in full.
  • The order is cancelled within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that return fees are limited to courier costs. Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights. If your payment card expires before we process your refund, please contact us.

(*The 14-day period starts from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.)
